super central location
lovely staffeasy accesscomfortable bednearby bar
i found the staff super lovely. the cleaners cleared our room even after we left the room late. i appreciated the easy access to vondel park. lots of bars and restaurants were nearby. the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom had a misted glass screen to the main room. this. We used the bathroom with the light off.

the hotel has a great location. public transportation is available very close by and the museums are within walking distance. several attractions, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, it was perfect for exploring.

I found the staff very polite and helpful. the reception staff assisted with directions and local information, and the cleaning service was thorough. i am grateful for their kindness . I felt very welcome.

The rooms were clean and modern. the decor was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. the shower had lovely hot water. I felt refreshed each morning. i am thankful for the well kept facilities.

a satisfactory stay overall
lovely welcomenice breakfaststeep stairstiny room
the staff provided a lovely welcome , and they happily stored my baggage because i had early and late flights. the breakfast was nice , and there were enough options to choose from.
the room i was in should be listed as "tiny" instead of "small" , because it was like staying in a broom closet. there were also really steep stairs to enter the building , so i had to carry my luggage up and down without any help.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices for everyone I appreciated the fresh pastries. The staff was helpful and quickly addressed my inquiries at the front desk I found that very efficient. My room was cleaned thoroughly each day of my stay I appreciated this attention to detail.
The elevator was slow at peak times it caused minor delays.

The breakfast selection featured a good variety of food. I noticed staff consistently replenished items. the location is close to public transport. Trams are nearby. the rijksmuseum is within walking distance. I walked about 20 minutes.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The hotel location is very central. Many transport options are nearby. I easily walked to Vondelpark, Jordaan, Damrak, and the 9 Streets. The lobby has a water fountain for filling water bottles before going out. I also appreciated that I could check in immediately, despite arriving very early. My room was quiet and well appointed.
The hotel entrance has very steep stairs. It made it hard to carry luggage up the stairs. I suggest considering this factor, especially if you have heavy bags.
